Justice Management

With nearly 15 plus years’ experience in the delivery of solutions and services into the Ministry of Justice (MoJ), our team has extensive experience in delivery of a range of solutions and services into Criminal Justice Agencies

Involve are a prime subcontractor to Vodafone, whom currently supply and manage the existing Justice Video Service (JVS) Infrastructure, supporting nearly 3000 video endpoints to Judicial Endpoints (Courts, Prisons & Probation locations)

Although, the JVS contract is wholly owned by the MoJ. Other government departments (i.e. Police Service, Crown Prosecution Service and National Health Service) have subscribed to the JVS service procuring via other compliant government contracts, such as the Network Services or G-Cloud contracts.

Involve’s main deliverables on behalf of the MoJ are as follows: -

• Fully Managed Service, provided via Involve’s AV Network Operations Centre – Service Desk (The Service Desk is accredited to IL3 level)
• Provision of a National field based engineering team for on-site response based upon a contractual SLA’s.
• Installation and Supply services of new / existing Audio Visual & Video equipment
