Dewi Thomas, Chairman

Originally joining the Martin Dawes Group in 1987 as finance director of Martin Dawes Telecommunication. Dewi led the formation of Involve, known then as Martin Dawes Office Automation, in 1989. He has helped transform and grow Involve into one of the leading visual collaboration solutions businesses it is today.

Rob Pasqualino, Managing Director

Rob has been an integral part of the Martin Dawes Group for 25 years. As Managing Director of Involve, Rob has steered the company to its current position as a strong, experienced, leading provider of visual collaboration solutions.  

Jason Ward, Sales & Marketing Director

Now in his second decade with Involve Jason has extensive experience in visual collaboration and associated technologies. Working with the board to shape the Involve strategic position, delivering value to the entire customer journey with Involve from first engagement right through to in-service.

Stefan Cardoza, Finance Director

Accomplished leading high performance finance teams, Stefan works with the business delivering our financial goals through performance management, corporate governance and continuous improvement.

Pauline Hoey, Head of Human Resources

Pauline joined the Martin Dawes Group some 25 years ago, starting her career with the group as the Training Manager and naturally progressing through to personnel management before heading up HR for Martin Dawes Limited prior to Involve.

Paul Berry, Director of Operations

With a background in professional Audio Visual, Paul has been with the company since 2002. He has a wealth of experience in the complete life cycle from concept to sign-off in AV system design/architecture, project management, product management, and control system programming.

Dan Loomes, Head of Service

Dan is a highly experienced Service Manager, managing and supporting successful teams over the last 15 years. His experience and knowledge of working with private and public organisations puts him in a great position to continue the support of Involve's continued growth.
