Despite planning to attend Infocomm every year, we haven’t actually been since 2011.
Why? Well we have ISE, which has similar exhibitor numbers, more attendees and more focus on the EMEA region. Plus, with ISE being based in Amtserdam, it’s much closer to home!
However, we had an extra special reason to attend Infocomm this year. As we announced last week, Involve have become PSNI Global Alliance members. This means we’re part of 4000 people in 127 locations, all dedicated to being the best of the best in audio visual solutions.
We were fortunate to have the chance to meet our fellow members of the PSNI Global Alliance during our time
at Infocomm, through the Global Affiliate meeting. After this meeting, we’re even happier to be part of such a
fantastic organisation and we can’t wait to deliver the benefits of being part of PSNI to our customers.
We know our membership with PSNI will bring great things, and we’ve already started our journey by partnering with
Meritec (Dublin, Ireland) on a very meaningful project.
Our trip to Infocomm was both rewarding and fun; it was a refreshing change to ISE and we met some great people throughout the week. We especially enjoyed visiting the Absen booth (whilst our engineers were simultaneously installing an N series LED display back in the UK), learning about the Google Jam Board and catching up with our friends at Barco and discussing the ClickShare.
We’ll definitely be back again next year, so see you in Las Vegas for Infocomm 2018!
